All that the Open workshop has to offer with the added value of having a session, which is for you and your colleagues only, giving you the benefit of a confidential setting where you and you colleagues can ask all those questions that can’t be asked in an open session. Most suited to decision makers including business, technology and financial managers

Know where you stand

Come to us with your problem and let us solve it. A closed session where you present us with a challenge such as finding information on competitors, giving an overview on the patent landscape in a specific technology, searching on a trade mark or conducting freedom to use. Similar to the Closed Shop but with a particular objective in mind.

All you need to know about figuring out how strong the IP position of a target company is in a closed session. Learn how to find out what they have, check its legal status and understand what is protected. Ask questions and have them answered.
